The tagless tag is printed on the fabric inside the collar, so you won't feel it. The shirt has a modern, slightly tapered fit, which is a little less boxy than the old style of mass-market t-shirts. While it is pre-shrunk, like any high-cotton product, it may still shrink slightly in the wash. The model photos showcase the actual shirt on our salesperson, Rich, who is 6' 2" and 200 lbs, and is wearing a large.

The fabric is a soft, smooth, and high-quality ringspun, 30/1 fine jersey knit, made from 90% USA-grown cotton and 10% polyester for a two-tone effect. This mid-weight material is a bit lighter than your typical gym class t-shirts, but still substantial and not see-through. It offers a nice balance between comfort and durability.

We use top-quality QCM screen printing inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina. These vibrant and durable inks are highly crack-resistant, and some of our designs are intentionally faded or cracked (as seen in the product photos). Our printers utilize state-of-the-art printing presses and ovens made by M&R in Roselle, Illinois, to properly cure the inks.

QCM has been a leader in the industry, going phthalate-free over ten years ago, and their inks are also CFC-free and rated as carcinogen-free by the state of California. This ensures the safety of the chemistry used in the printing process.
